I wanted to give a “Shout Out” to Barb and Nick Rinck of Rinck Real Estate Group this month and share the following story. Selling your home is an emotional experience and is a very big change, so when challenges pop up along the way it can quickly turn the experience into a frustrating one. One elderly couple believed they had it all worked out until the FSBO agreement fell apart just weeks before they were scheduled to move into their beautiful new condo. The couple had lived in their home for 43 years and decided to move to a condo after retiring as a school teacher with 30 years of service. Nick and Barb thought they should “Pay it Forward” by putting their resources and connections to aid the couple who were not familiar with the moving process. Barb and Nick met with the couple, listened to what they needed and went right to work to get their existing house sold. One of the problems they needed help with was de-cluttering and storing their extra belongings, which is how Rinck Real Estate started working with My Way Mobile Storage. Preparing the clients home to create the most value requires a place to store some of the homeowners belongings safely and securely. By clearing out the space, Barb and Nick, along with their award winning designer, were able to stage the home to look like a magazine shoot, to truly show all of the potential the home has to offer. Way to go Barb and Nick for literally “lending a hand”!
